- How much time do I need to invest?
- Three kinds of time not to confuse. Reading: 11 hours for the LinkedIn and Malt track, 13 hours to read everything. Setup: 32 to 39 hours on your side with Le Socle, 20 to 25 hours on the team's side with Fullbound, hybrid: 32 to 29 h minus what you delegate with the modules. Prospecting afterwards: 3 to 5 hours a week with Le Socle and the modules, 2 to 3 hours with Fullbound. That is 43 to 50 hours in total to build your system alone, versus validation and a weekly check-in with Fullbound.
- Who replies to prospects?
- You, in all three plans: the relationship with the decision-maker stays yours. We set up and run the campaigns, we deliver the qualified replies to you, and the "Replying to prospects" chapter of the training tells you what to write, when to follow up and how to lead to the interview. With Fullbound, the team also supports you with your replies.
- Do I keep the tools?
- Yes. Accounts, domains, mailboxes, CRM, lists, templates and documentation are handed over to you at the end of the 90 days. You carry on with or without us. The subscriptions that keep them running remain at your expense, about €125 excl. VAT per month, as during the programme.
- When do the first replies usually arrive?
- Campaigns start once the infrastructure is ready: with Fullbound, 4 to 5 weeks after signing on past projects. On your own, allow 3 to 4 weeks if you stick to it; without a framework, we rather see 6 to 10. The first replies most often arrive in the weeks following the launch; it depends on your target, your positioning and your market.
- What happens after 90 days?
- You leave with the complete system and the training to run it, on your own. The programme ends with the handover of the keys; if you want to go further, we can discuss it on a quote basis.
- What is the guarantee?
- Three guarantees: money-back for ten days, a delivery guarantee at 35 days after signing on putting the infrastructure and campaigns online, and the handover of the keys at Day 90. On Fullbound and the modules, the refund is made less the costs incurred on your behalf and justified (domains, e-mail addresses, licences, data purchases). On Le Socle, nothing is spent on your behalf and the refund is in full. The details are in the terms and conditions of sale. Read the terms of sale (French).
